The Swiss Russian Chamber of Commerce is pleased to inform you that The 24th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will take place on 2–5 June 2021 in a live format.
The Swiss Russian Chamber of Commerce is invited to take part in the Day of International SME Cooperation on June 5th.
Healthcare has become an integral part and a separate social segment of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum business agenda. WHO experts regularly participated in online sessions initiated by the Forum. Confirmed participants of the SPIEF 2021 will include Hans Kluge, Regional Director for Europe at the World Health Organization, and Melita Vujnović, Head of WHO Office in the Russian Federation. It is expected that Hans Kluge will make a speech as part of the SPIEF 2021 business program.
Satellite events at the Forum site: on June 2, 2021 the Sixth Russian Forum of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME Forum) will be held. The SME Forum is an annual event that discusses the current situation for small and medium-sized businesses and the measures that need to be taken to strengthen its role in the Russian economy. This forum has an international track in which Swiss entrepreneurs can also take part. The participation fee is 200 Euro.
The Swiss Russian Chamber of Commerce is forming a Swiss delegation to participate in the Forum. Representatives of official bodies and public organizations have the opportunity to participate freely.
If you come as a business contact and on behalf of a commercial organisation, the payment of a standard fee is requested.
The Forum will be held in strict accordance with health and safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, carefully drawn up by the Organizing Committee in line with the WHO recommendations.
SPIEF 2021 will provide a full range of services to enable participants to effectively nurture and expand their business network and enjoy safe, productive participation, including in an enriching cultural and sporting program.
